Zinc-Aluminum Coated Steel Coils, also known as Galvalume (GL) coils, offer outstanding corrosion resistance, heat reflectivity, and surface durability for demanding structural and exterior applications. Composed of 55% Aluminum, 43.5% Zinc, and 1.5% Silicon, this advanced coating system provides superior performance compared to traditional galvanized steel—especially in marine, coastal, and industrial environments.
Our GL coils are produced with a smooth, spangle-free finish and are ideal for roofing systems, solar panel frames, wall cladding, HVAC systems, and steel structures. Available in AZ100–AZ180 coating weights, with optional skin-pass, oiling, and anti-fingerprint treatments.
All coils are supplied with Mill Test Certificates and conform to international standards like ASTM A792, EN 10346, and JIS G3321.
