Galvannealed Steel Coils (GA) are hot-dip galvanized steel coils that undergo an additional annealing process to create a zinc-iron alloy layer on the surface. This treatment provides superior paintability, weldability, and corrosion resistance, making GA steel a preferred choice in automotive, appliance, and structural manufacturing.
Our Galvannealed coils are available in grades such as GA-SAE 1008/1010, S250GD, S280GD, S350GD, with coating weights typically ranging from ZF60 to ZF180. These coils are widely used for body panels, frames, enclosures, and other components requiring enhanced surface hardness and coating adhesion.
Manufactured according to ASTM A653M, EN 10346, and JIS G3313 standards, and delivered with Mill Test Certificates (MTC), our GA steel is engineered to meet international quality and performance expectations.
